Wellbeing with Tajci is a LIVE 8-week teaching and coaching experience designed to take you from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to a place of calm, balance, and renewed health. Whether you're managing chronic stress, feeling “reasonably healthy but not well,” or simply looking for a deeper connection to your mind, body, and spirit, this course is for you.

WEEK 1: GOAL SETTING/ IDENTIFYING PATTERNS


We will go deeper into (re)discovering your purpose, observing any patterns, and setting up intentions.

WEEK 2: CREATING SPACE


We will learn how a regular meditation practice helps to create space to work on what's important to us. You'll learn the benefits and the basics of Meditation and Breathing Techniques and kick-start a practice that will bring more equilibrium and balance into your life. 

WEEK 3: E-MOTION


We'll explore how daily emotional experiences affect our physical and mental health. We'll learn tools to practice conscious communication to enhance your relationships and help you achieve emotional freedom.

WEEK 4: MOVEMENT AND SLEEP


The importance of sleep and movement (aka exercise) has been talked about enough. Here, we will put it into practice by personalizing and understanding why it's so challenging to do something as natural as sleep and movement.

WEEK 5: YOUR INNER PHARMACY


Learn to use your senses to access the power of your body’s inner pharmacy to heal, nourish, and maintain balance. (Surprising info here :))

 

WEEK 6: FEED YOUR BODY/ MIND/ SOUL


You will learn how to select and use the most nourishing foods for your mind-body personality. These nutritional practices will help you maintain vibrant health, appropriate weight, and optimized digestion.

WEEK 7: INTEGRATION WEEK


We'll integrate practices and tools this week. You'll receive more coaching. ​​​​​​

WEEK 8: RECAP AND GRADUATION


We’ll come together to review the journey we’ve been on. I’ll be hosting a live masterclass and we’ll celebrate the transformations we’ve all had!

About my background:

In 2020, I was facing stomach issues caused by inflammation and exacerbated by chronic stress. Medication provided temporary relief, but I knew I needed a deeper, lasting solution.

 

I discovered the Chopra Center’s Perfect Health course. The techniques I learned began working almost immediately, and within six months, I no longer needed medication. Beyond healing my stomach, these practices transformed my overall well-being. I pursued additional training (through the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches) so I can support you on your well-being journey.

 

Today, stress is recognized as a major factor in many illnesses. Our bodies and minds respond by shifting out of balance, leading to physical, emotional, and mental challenges that impact every aspect of our lives. Left unaddressed, stress can negatively affect relationships, sleep, digestion, and immune health, leaving us vulnerable to illness.

 

In my course, Wellbeing with Tajci, I bring together the most valuable teachings from The Perfect Health program to help you:

  • Identify imbalances in your life
  • Create nurturing daily routines
  • Release emotions in healthy ways, preventing them from manifesting in your body

How will we be meeting and at what times?

All classes will be twice-weekly on Zoom (link will be provided to you at registration). The classes will be on weekday mornings (most likely Tuesdays and Thursdays - the exact schedule will be confirmed at the beginning of the course. 
All teaching sessions will be recorded, so if you miss a live class, you can always catch up!

Will I have access to the videos forever?

Yes. You will have access to the online course videos. Your login to the online course will be valid forever.

Will the live classes be recorded?

Yes, we will record the live zoom classes. The group coaching sessions will NOT be recorded for confidentiality and privacy reasons. 

How much is this course?

Wellbeing with Tajci program is $497. You can pay in full, or in installments.

What are your credentials to teach this class?

I am certified by the Chopra center to teach this class. I’m also a certified meditation teacher, and a certified holistic life coach (through Radiant Academy and Chopra Center), a certified well-being coach through Chopra Center, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I'll be sitting for a credentialing exam with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches in the summer of 2024.

Why should I take this course from you instead of taking it from Chopra Center, or an Ayurvedic practitioner?

I encourage you to look into courses and classes offered through the Chopra Center and an Ayurvedic practitioner of your choice - especially if you are already familiar - or practicing - with Ayurvedic lifestyle. 
 

The reason you’d choose this class is if my personal experience, delivery style, and my energy resonate with you. And… if you’ve been following me, or have come across my music, we already have an established rapport, so you’ll have none of that first day in class’ awkwardness.
 

If you have no, or very little previous knowledge of Ayurveda, or holistic approach to wellbeing, this class will be a fun and accessible doorway to a world of wisdom that you can explore for many years to come.
 

It’s like if you are a beginner runner, you’d probably be better off with someone who’s just gotten off the couch and did her first 5K, than a marathoner. 
 

I’ve been where you are, and I get how challenging it can be to begin a lifestyle change.

I’m a Christian/Catholic. Is this course for me?

If the benefits it offers resonate with you, absolutely yes. I come from Catholic faith tradition and everything I learned in this course only deepened my spirituality and relationship with God. I find many of the spiritual concepts of Ayurveda deeply in line with my beliefs.

If at any point, you have questions, I’m here to offer answers, and explore the questions with you. This course doesn’t have a spiritual agenda. However, if learning wisdom from another culture feels threatening to your faith, it’s ok. Follow your heart and your inner guidance (where God speaks to you). Each of us is on our own journey. I honor yours.

How will Wellbeing Class affect my life?

Today, doctors are increasingly citing stress as a major contributing factor to most illnesses.  Our bodies and minds react to it by shifting out of balance, which ultimately creates physical challenges and emotional turbulence that impact our lives at home, at work, and at play. In time, we can find ourselves in toxic relationships and non-nourishing patterns of eating, sleeping, and digestion. This program will help you identify the imbalances in your life, teach you how to correct them, and help you develop a nurturing daily routine. You will also learn to release emotions in a healthy way so that they don’t build up in your physiology. Most importantly, as your stress is eliminated, your mind and body begin to function with maximum effectiveness, creating health, vitality and happiness.
