WEEK 1: GOAL SETTING/ IDENTIFYING PATTERNS
We will go deeper into (re)discovering your purpose, observing any patterns, and setting up intentions.
WEEK 2: CREATING SPACE
We will learn how a regular meditation practice helps to create space to work on what's important to us. You'll learn the benefits and the basics of Meditation and Breathing Techniques and kick-start a practice that will bring more equilibrium and balance into your life.
WEEK 3: E-MOTION
We'll explore how daily emotional experiences affect our physical and mental health. We'll learn tools to practice conscious communication to enhance your relationships and help you achieve emotional freedom.
WEEK 4: MOVEMENT AND SLEEP
The importance of sleep and movement (aka exercise) has been talked about enough. Here, we will put it into practice by personalizing and understanding why it's so challenging to do something as natural as sleep and movement.
WEEK 5: YOUR INNER PHARMACY
Learn to use your senses to access the power of your body’s inner pharmacy to heal, nourish, and maintain balance. (Surprising info here :))
WEEK 6: FEED YOUR BODY/ MIND/ SOUL
You will learn how to select and use the most nourishing foods for your mind-body personality. These nutritional practices will help you maintain vibrant health, appropriate weight, and optimized digestion.
WEEK 7: INTEGRATION WEEK
We'll integrate practices and tools this week. You'll receive more coaching.
WEEK 8: RECAP AND GRADUATION
We’ll come together to review the journey we’ve been on. I’ll be hosting a live masterclass and we’ll celebrate the transformations we’ve all had!
In 2020, I was suffering from stomach issues caused by a past inflammation, and perpetuated by underlying chronic stress (the kind that’s difficult to detect and we all live with). My physician put me on medication to treat the symptoms which offered enough relief so I could look into other resources to heal completely.
I found Chopra Center's "Perfect Health" course. The new simple techniques I learned produced results almost immediately.
I got off of meds in six months. But the benefits went well beyond my stomach issues and digestion. Through the practices I learned through Chopra Courses (I went on to become certified to teach these principles and tools), I have been able to manage stress a lot better. All classes will be twice-weekly on Zoom (link will be provided to you at registration). The classes will be on Wednesday and Thursday mornings - the exact schedule will be confirmed at the beginning of the course.

Yes. You will have access to the online course videos. Your login to the online course will be valid forever.
Yes, we will record the live zoom classes. You will be available to access them until June 1, 2024. The group coaching sessions will NOT be recorded for confidentiality and privacy reasons.

I am certified by the Chopra center to teach this class. I’m also a certified meditation teacher, and a certified holistic life coach (through Radiant Academy and Chopra Center), a certified well-being coach through Chopra Center, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I'll be sitting for a credentialing exam with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches in the summer of 2024.
I encourage you to look into courses and classes offered through the Chopra Center and an Ayurvedic practitioner of your choice - especially if you are already familiar - or practicing - with Ayurvedic lifestyle.
The reason you’d choose this class is if my personal experience, delivery style, and my energy resonate with you. And… if you’ve been following me, or have come across my music, we already have an established rapport, so you’ll have none of that first day in class’ awkwardness.
If you have no, or very little previous knowledge of Ayurveda, or holistic approach to wellbeing, this class will be a fun and accessible doorway to a world of wisdom that you can explore for many years to come.
