We will meet on Tuesdays 6 pm - 7:30 pm CDT or Wednesdays at the same time. Bonus classes will be on Thursday evening or Saturday morning. The exact schedule will be confirmed at the beginning of the course.
All sessions will be recorded, so if you miss a live class, you can always catch up!

I am certified through the Chopra center to teach this class. I’m also a certified meditation teacher, and certified holistic life coach (through Radiant Academy and Chopra Center), and a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I encourage you to look into courses and classes offered through the Chopra Center and an Ayurvedic practitioner of your choice - especially if you are already familiar - or practicing - with Ayurvedic lifestyle.

If you have no, or very little previous knowledge of Ayurveda, or holistic approach to wellbeing, this class will be a fun and accessible doorway to a world of wisdom that you can explore for many years to come.
