WEEK 1: INTRODUCTION TO AYURVEDA PRINCIPLES
How body/mind/spirit is connected and why we need to focus on all three for our wellbeing. We will identify your mind/body type.

You will learn how to select and use the most nourishing foods for your mind-body personality. These nutritional practices will help you maintain vibrant health, appropriate weight, and optimized digestion.

18 months ago, I was suffering from stomach issues caused by a past inflammation, and perpetuated by underlying chronic stress (the kind that’s difficult to detect and we all live with). My physician put me on medication to treat the symptoms which offered enough relief so I could look into other resources to heal completely.
The mind/body approach and Perfect Health certification course I took introduced new simple techniques that produced results almost immediately.

Our bodies and minds react to it by shifting out of balance, which ultimately creates physical challenges and emotional turbulence that impact our lives at home, at work, and at play.
In time, we can find ourselves in toxic relationships and non-nourishing patterns of eating, sleeping, and digestion. Stress negatively impacts our immune system which makes us susceptible to illness.
In my course “Wellbeing with Tajci”, I compiled the most valuable teachings from The Perfect Health program to help you:

I am certified through the Chopra center to teach this class. I’m also a certified meditation teacher, and certified holistic life coach (through Radiant Academy and Chopra Center), and a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I encourage you to look into courses and classes offered through the Chopra Center and an Ayurvedic practitioner of your choice - especially if you are already familiar - or practicing - with Ayurvedic lifestyle.
