WEEK 1: SETTING GOALS & IDENTIFYING PATTERNS
We will explore how body/mind/spirit is connected, why everything starts with awareness, and we'll identify your mind/body type and patterns that keep you stuck.
WEEK 2: CREATING SPACE
You will learn how to calm your mind and help your body access the homeostasis state in which you can make choices that best serve you.
WEEK 3: E-MOTION
Our emotional experiences have a huge impact on our well-being and also on achieving our goals. We will look at emotions as "energy in motion" and explore tools that can help you achieve emotional freedom.

We'll look into our daily routines and our physical state. I'll coach you to develop a routine that fits your lifestyle and is most beneficial for your mind/ body type.

Recently, as a part of my memoir writing process, I put my life on sticky notes. Patterns emerged telling a story of following one's dream, answering a call, experiencing miracles, and struggling with so much emotional pain.
For years, I was mildly aware of the programming that was quietly running in the background of my mind, messing up my beautiful life, but I didn't have enough awareness, the right tools, and support to change that.
It took severe depression and anxiety for me to change that.
My life's challenges didn't cease in that change, but what changed was how I responded to them.
With the tools, and simple practices I've learned through reading, taking online courses, and working with coaches, I've been able to manage stress, my mind is clearer, and I experience life’s beauty, sacredness, and joy on a deeper level.

For the past 13 years, I've been reading, working with coaches, and earning certifications so that I can share these amazing methods with you and support you on your journey.
That's great for the mind and the heart, but what about the body?
In 2019, a few years after my husband passed away, I developed GI problems that were stress related. My physicians prescribed meds to treat the symptoms, but I realized I needed to take better care of my body.
I took the Chopra Center's Perfect Health and Meditation courses. The ancient Ayurvedic mind/body approach and science-based techniques I learned produced results almost immediately. I was so encouraged that I spent a full year in a certification program, so I am able to teach it to my coaching clients.

I am certified through the Chopra center to teach this class. I’m also a certified meditation teacher, and certified holistic life coach (through Radiant Academy and Chopra Center), and accredited through International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I encourage you to look into courses and classes offered through the Chopra Center and an Ayurvedic practitioner of your choice - especially if you are already familiar - or practicing - with Ayurvedic lifestyle.
The reason you’d choose this class is if my personal experience, delivery style, and my energy resonate with you. And… if you’ve been following me, or have come across my music, we already have an established rapport, so you’ll have none of that first day in class’ awkwardness.
If you have no, or very little previous knowledge of Ayurveda, or holistic approach to wellbeing, this class will be a fun and accessible doorway to a world of wisdom that you can explore for many years to come.
